Our mission
We stand to improve the economics of plastic recycling by [1] improving the value of post-use plastics, [2] reducing the cost of plastics identification, and [3] bringing this new and profitable way of recycling plastic to a broad stretch of The United States.
We have some distance to travel
Less than 6% of the 40+ million tons of plastic waste we throw out every year in the US is ever turned into anything new.
With enough connective tissue between PCR producers and compounders we can catalyze a shift in the economics of recycling.
Lower costs for high fidelity sorting equipment, more acessible to a wider range of MRFs
Our technologies directly address the sorting-cost problems at the root of this trashy mess. We intend to develop recyling markets and capabilites across the country and put all this stray plastic material to work.
